
FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL ATTORNEY
Ignacio (“Ike”) Aguigui is the founder and principal attorney of the firm and serves as its President and General Counsel. With more than two decades of legal experience, Attorney Aguigui has guided leading corporations, businesses, government entities, and chief executives through their most complex legal challenges in both the private and public sectors.​
A graduate of Yale University and Columbia Law School, Attorney Aguigui is currently pursuing a master’s degree at Stanford. He also previously studied law in Paris at Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), France's top-ranked law school. He is admitted to practice in California, the U.S. Territory of Guam in the Western Pacific, and multiple federal courts. A native Chamorro (CHamoru) and Pacific Islander born and raised in Guam, he has extensive experience navigating the legal landscape in that jurisdiction and maintains a practice there.
